1 General Terms & Conditions

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process in certain cases.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• If the user requests account closure themselves.

Any valid balance remaining in the account prior to closure will be refunded (this does not apply in cases of fraud).
